This list is very fun to play and has been surprisingly competitive.
Goblins
Grumgully, the Generous
and
Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin
are our two favorite cards in the deck. We always want to play Grumgully on turn three if we can.
Our one drops are Torch Courrier to help us swing with Krenko or
Legion Warboss
early. We also have 2 of
Tin Street Dodger
. This is a card we want in the late game that can help us close out games. It will often be a 2/2 or 3/3 unblockable.
Two drops
Zhur-Taa Goblin
preforms surprisingly well here. A 2/2 with haste on turn two is good for our semi aggro strategy. Then, late game, it can become a 4/4 or 5/5 for two Mana. We also have
Goblin Cratermaker
.
3 and 4 drops
Here we have our beaters in
Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin
and
Legion Warboss
and our pumper,
Grumgully, the Generous
. Making tokens with Grumgully in play is what the deck wants to do.
We also have
Goblin Ringleader
to tie it all together and keep up pressure.
Non-Goblins
**Collision / Collosus is mainly used to pump Krenko for 4 extra tokens (don't forget to pump before declaring attackers). It's also useful as a combat trick to kill enemy creatures and Killing the occasional flier.
Icon of Ancestry
gives us a pseudo Lord effect and can help us tutor goblins if our draws are week.
Sideboard/notes
The sideboard has 4 copies of
Tectonic Rift
for blowing up field of the dead. It can also allow our creatures to get through a wall of zombies. I haven't tested it much thought. I also have 3 of Tibalt to counter Ajani decks.
I am also considering running one or two copies of
Embercleave
mainboard.
Thanks for checking out the deck. Any tips are appreciated!
