Fetches! —Sept. 2, 2014
Once the onslaught fetches become modern legal i will of course be swapping out the verdant's & misty's with Wooded Foothills & Windswept Heath given that they're far cheaper. So the deck price will drop by a couple hundred dollars to anyone interested in playing it :)
I used to have a Landfall deck and hurting myself was a problem. I ran Grazing Gladehart and it worked out quite well.

just twigged that life loss isn't the same as damage therefore Elderscale Wurm won't prevent me dropping below seven with the fetches combo, elected to go for Courser of Kruphix instead as i can negate the life loss while lending to the ramp. He's not as good as Oracle of Mul Daya which is why i didn't board him originally but he'll make for a decent choice for life gain. I'll bring in sideboard in the Primeval Bounty over the Doubling Season when needed.

I feel like Akroma's Memorial might give you some more mileage than Eldrazi Monument since I can't imagine you having much mana trouble with casting it.

had a few people suggest it to me since i can clearly cast it in the deck but never really found room for one plus it's a dog in an opening hand, just not needed given the number of creatures & power i can throw at my opponent

How about Noble Hierarch instead of Birds of Paradise?It still gives you the white mana you might need and Exalted will give your creatures a little boost.

in this deck i'll rarely be swinging with just one creature besides which lotus cobra can make any colour and i'm running eight fetches with titans & karametra that can pull my shocklands. plus they're way overpriced for what's a marginally better ramp card during the first couple turns in certain decks.

Asceticism might be helpful, green tends to get picked off one by one by all the other colors...+1 from me love it, especially the GoT reference, House Tyrell Growing Strong.

good suggestion, solid card in green same goes for Privileged Position , i will be deck testing at 22 land on and off to see how it plays so i'll be sure to try it out in that extra slot

Courser of Kruphix 's ability doesn't allow for a second land play each turn where as the Oracle of Mul Daya does so it's much better for landfall especially when that means being able to play two fetchlands a turn
