Why's Melira, Sylvok Outcast in here? Is there heavy poison in your area? She usually only shows up in EDH as part of some degenerate persist combo.
Might want to look into a Seedborn Muse . She's amazing in EDH, particularly when you can use Omnath to store the mana.
Bloom Tender doesn't do much in a mono-colored deck. It's just a more expensive Llanowar Elves or Birds of Paradise
Oracle of Mul Daya can help with the ramp. Constant Mists can give you something to do wit hthe lands, once Omnath passes the point of instantly killing people he hits.
Kamahl, Fist of Krosa is overrun on a stick, as well as letting you wipe folk's lands in response to a boardwipe. You might also get some us e out of Greater Good as a response to boardwipes. Draw is hard to come by in Green.
Vedalken Orrery and Vernal Equinox can both let you play at flash speed, so you can re-play Omnath before your mana pool drains.
All good green cards to think about. I'd drop Melira, Bloom tender, and Endless Swarm for sure. The Epic spells are pretty iffy in EDH, and lock you out from playing your deck. Unless you're looking to abuse them (which usually requires blue so you can copy them a few times), they're best avoided. Overwhelming Stampede is a much better finisher for you, while card:Honden of Life's Web or Awakening Zone can make tokens each turn if that's what you're looking for.

If anyone has some good ideas on what to take/take away I would love to hear 'em. I would like to get this deck into a working order for a EHD tourment in my home town.
