This deck will be standard when m14 comes out. Lets break it down shall we:

Thrull Parasite - many quick drop instants/sorceries here that I can use then extort them

Young Pyromancer - I planned this over Guttersnipe. He comes down faster and the more copies you have on the field, the more elementals will be spawn per instant/sorcery.

Duskmantle Seer - take advantage of the low costs and chip away their life

Noncreature Spells:

Quicken - card draw and lets you play Mizzium Mortars, Pilfered Plans and Dreadbore and Rakdos's Return at instant speed

Doom Blade, Dreadbore - easy kill spells

Pilfered Plans - solid draw 2 sorcery

Mizzium Mortars - board wiping. Deadly when played at instant speed

Rakdos's Return - damage and discard. Also deadly when played at instant speed

Izzet Charm, Syncopate - useful counterspells
