This deck has been a longstanding project of mine. It runs on setting up cards at the top of my library to then cast Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge for the win. Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge is weak on her own, to compensate for this she needs haste or shroud/hexproof. We tutor for these abilities and grab either Lightning Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots, Whispersilk Cloak. The most powerful card in the deck is easily Insidious Dreams, it allows me to set up the top of the deck perfectly and is almost always followed by a win.

I don't have a particular win condition. One of them is to cast a board wipe or some milling effects, like Jace, Memory Adept, Traumatize, or Sword of Body and Mind, followed by Rise of the Dark Realms to create an army. Another win condition is to cast Omniscience followed by Enter the Infinite to cast my deck. This is a budget deck and any advice will be greatly accepted.
