It's a very straight forward control and slowly bides time to cast out olivia or desecration demon for a slow beat down with counters and destroy effects using mizzium mortars and dreabore for any threats that can't be countered like loxodon smiter and in the eventuality the opponent drops caverns of souls

The undead alchemist is another growing threat to reanimator decks as the creatures would be exiled rather then thrown into the graveyard

most creatures in this deck are 4 mana drops to improve the utility of leaving mana open for control and easily control the opponents first 4 turns which are essesntial in today's game of standard.
