Grixis Dragons: Control everything, deny anything, then play your dragons and PWs.

Languish is our best friend, keeps the board clean and punishes your opponent for their early investments.

Read the Bones,Painful Truths and Tormenting Voice keeps our hands nice and full of counter spells until we can lay our dragons down.

I like to play Dragonlord Kolaghan first to give all creatures haste, maybe get 6 damage in.Next turn drop Dragonlord Silumgar and steal whatever creature they have (or planeswalker!) and with Kolaghan haste you can swing for 9+.

When you are at this stage then your opponents hand should be near empty while yours is nice and plump.

UPDATE: This was my standard ddeck, looking for suggestions to make frontier competitive!

Cool deck + 1, however I'd recommend dropping one of both Dragonlord Silumgar and Dragonlord Kolaghan as they are both legendary, maybe run a two of Icefall Regent? I know it clashes with both Dragonlord Silumgar and Languish but tapping down a giant threat can be awesome. The deck may also fail when it comes to long games as it has a lot of life paying but not much gaining, I can recommend Foul-Tongue Invocation as it's saved me a bunch of times and if you have him already or want to splash some cash then Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet may also be a good pick.

Upvote for more Dragons :)

My one suggestion would be to perhaps think of adding more Painlands like finishing a set of Shivan Reef. The Check Lands like Choked Estuary will slow your tempo more. And I wouldn't run as many Battle Lands unless you'd like to add Fetch Lands as well? It kinda falls under the same principle. Spirebluff Canal would be alright as well.

Oh, and perhaps Sign in Blood over Read the Bones or perhaps Tormenting Voice?
