A mid-aggro style deck with a decent amount of control.

Guttersnipe is works well with damaging your opponent while you kill their creatures, deal damage, and put pressure on them.

Goblin Electromancer is interesting, debating on taking one out or putting in more colorless mana sorcery/instants so that there is more of a benefit for having him out there; Mostly used for ghetto lightning bolts with Searing Spear, making Essence Harvest cheaper, and adding on more cards for Epic Experiment. He'll probably shine much better with the side boarded cards.

Vexing Devil is a core card in this deck; turn one with either Steam Vents or Blood Crypt starts you off with good early harass and not force you back a turn later in the game if you wish to have another creature.Desecration Demon is a bomb. Use Evolving Wilds for swamps if it doesn't look like you'll be able to get the BB for him. He really forces attention away from your Guttersnipes and acts as a heavy hitter. Essence Harvest is also a must; With either Desecration Demon or Vexing Devil in play you widen the gap by 8 or 12 for you and your opponent (more with Guttersnipe.) It also allows a recovery from early harass that you might have taken.Charmbreaker Devils are a nice bomb late game adding need little combos with Essence Harvest.

There aren't very many counters (yet) besides the Izzet Charm , definitely depends on the deck and the meta once the set comes out.
