winning turn 1 depends on how lucky I get on the 1st draw or subsequent mulligans. Only need 5 pieces to go off with the combo, with only 1 land.

combo pieces required to win:

any land producing black mana, Simian Spirit Guide, Faithless Looting, Griselbrand, Goryo's Vengeance

What about Dark Ritual as a backup for Simian Spirit Guide ? In case you don't get that second Guide, you have a chance at having Dark Ritual as a backup to cast Goryo's Vengeance .

Yeah that'd be my first choice. Even if you do manage to get him in the grave with Griselbear then make your land drop, reanimate him, and play Vengeance, he's not going to make a difference.

Post board, Bloodthrone Vampire is a better sac outlet because you can Pod Deathrite into it as well as draw it, whereas you can only draw the Viscera Seer .

migitcrawlar it's actually pretty consistent. Turn one wins are luck draws, but consistent turn two wins happen all the time. Changed it up a bit since its original intro

I made a quick version of this deck that i might try running, because it can mostly board into perfect storm game two with leaving thoughtseizes in for a slower game and also pacts of negation http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/a-demons-fury/
