So I pulled the Vampire Cutthroat down to 2 copies and added in a 1 of Felidar Soverign in case I hit 40 life. I also added 2 of Diabolic Tutor to search up either him or a Kambal. I also sideboarded 2 more Kambal in case of a deck with a lot of removal.
