Definately need more black sources than the Birds of Paradise .
Emrakul is really only in here for the reshuffling of the graveyard into the library. If you truly want to use him, throw in a few Overgrown Battlement s.
@ Zarum and UmbrotheUmbreon Food Chain adds infinite mana of any color. I assemble Food Chain + Misthollow Griffin to play a fattie, so more black sources or Overgrown Battlement are not exactly what this deck need, though i would play black for Demonic Tutor :)
I think you have too much creature-based mana-acceleration. Chrome Mox provides a good mana acceleration. And synergies with the Griffin are obvious: You don't really lose that imprinted Griffin, since you can cast it when all combo pieces was awaiting.
Try also Serum Powder and/or Gemstone Caverns . With Misthollow Griffin you first hands will be of 8 or even 9 instead of 7. Caverns moves you ahead of the mana curve for free if you exile a Griffin. Serum can be used to thick your library for seven cards, while keeps your griffins usable.
And Brainstorm is better than Ponder , more better if you use fetchlands that can shuffle your library after return two cards to it.At last, maybe Equilibrium could be fun with this combo on motion. You can pay 1 mana for extra turns with Emrakul, cards with Wall of Blossoms or Mulldrifter , and even return to your hand a Drift of Phantasms used to early block some creature.
