W/B Flash is named after its counter part UW Flash (albeit with way less actual flash) due to its similar play style of consistently hitting your opponent with very self sufficient cards. Here I'll go into detail about some interesting picks:

Adanto Vanguard:

Currently I feel that Adanto Vanguard is very underrated in what he's capable of just because of his high cost of indestructavility; which can be true and Adanto is rough once you'r low on life. To compliment this we also run removal in the form of fatal push and settle the wreckage to allow vanguard to safely push through. This deck's inception was due to tinkering this card and testing around with its limits. So far I'm impressed.

Ruin Raider:

Ruin Raider is a great card; and does very well here due to be reasonable life gain from glory-bound and Gifted Aetherborn. It also helps that this deck has a low curve.

Settle the Wreckage:

While this card's draw back could be a huge hniderance, you are normally trying to close the game out when it's necessary; which is why it works so well here. You are essentially "going under" rather than going wide. It's also extremely effective against the meta ahead (Hazoret, Carnage Tyrant)

Vicious Conquistador:

This card is a great as a 1-drop. 2 toughness makes it a struggle to deal with and even if blocked, can deal deal damage. Best early game pressure you can ask for in a 1-drop.

Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle:

With 12 other Vampires and Legion's Landing, Mavren Fein triggers almost always the turn it drops. Creating a lifelink blocker every turn stabilizes the board very well for you to close out.

The biggest downside to this deck is it's mana base; as forbidden sanctuary will always come in tapped with no late game benefit such as amonkhet's cycle lands. This is where the deserts come into play, as shefet dunes makes a great late game mana sink to provide reach and finish up the game.

Another downside is that this deck is not good at blocking at all (aside from aetherborn and conquistador). This is aided greatly with settle the wreckage and kinjali's sunwing; but if more help is needed angel of invention May be cut for 2 more settle the wreckage.
