Black/Green Spikes Deck with cards reaching from the Beginning of Magic to Apokalypse(at the moment). I tried only to use oldschool cards. I think the new powerlevel for counters is just far too insane!This deck rotates the spikes through Mortuary and the Stampeding Wildebeests to get the +1/+1 counters from them and bring them back again with a fresh supply. When the are enough +1/+1 Counters generated just win with Tetravus, Triskelion or just pump a Spike Soldier - give him Rancor und trample the enemy down. This is a very casual version of a spikes deck.

More casual cards to include:- Verdant Succession -> with the combo Mortuary + Verdant Succession - Foster- Call of the Wild

To be competitive in some way it would need some more powerful combos and removal for flying creatures. Im just starting to do some more versions of this Deck with more powerful cards. So stay tuned for more!

Some ideas are:

1. Bring the used Spikes back from graveyard with Recurring Nightmare und use Argothian Enchantress for carddraw. This would be a mixture between a spike tribal und a oldschool enchantment deck. You would want to use many creature enchantments that trigger when the creature is sacrificed und put into your graveyard. This version would be rather expensive.

2. Build this deck around Phyrexian Devourer and Spike Rogue.

3. Build this deck around Skeleton Scavengers, Spike Rogue, Sadistic Glee and Pestilence together with Blanket of Night and Cabal Coffers.

Other funny cards are: Vebulid, Spoils of War, Cocoon, Mind Maggots, Thrive and Safe Haven. There are endless possibilities to build this deck.Feel free to comment your ideas! i look forward to it!
