White and green knight deck, hopefully you're getting anything with double strike and indestructible with kinsbaile cavalier and knight exemplar, and then lure forces everything to block it. Loxodon warhammer or basilisk collar are a good way to do some extra damage. Collective blessing is expensive to put out but if you get one good combat phase with that out late game, it should finish them off. Door of destinies works nicely too with double strike.
