After some crazy thought that crossed my mind of how to abuse Biovisionary and win, I found a much simpler way than wasting for a bunch of copy spells. I give you a Golgari deck, with a twist: Biovisionaries as discard fuel.
Pretty simple concept. Discard creatures with
Erebos's Emissary
, Lotleth Troll to see the discarded creatures to strengthen the battlefield via Nighthowler. Slight ramp to assist Graze of Granite and Immortal Servitude to either bring a lot of things back or Biovisionary.
Treasured Find
to bring any card from the graveyard back. Whip of Erebos for more shenanigans and some lifegain for my buffed up creatures. Since we'll be discarding and emptying our hand a lot, Blood Scrivener can be used to dig deeper into our deck. Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord can just chill in the graveyard if it gets thrown there until we start drowning in lands.
This is a really rough draft, thinking perhaps taking Corpsejack Menace out, but he synergizes well with Lotleth Troll as well as the scavenges thrown in. Still debating on some creatures whether I want 4 copies, but trimming it down to where it's at was hard enough. In the same regard, trimming had me take down a lot of the spells, but I figure with 4 copies of
Treasured Find
I can use and reuse 2 ofs as situations arise.
Please layout all feedback as you'd like, including sideboard. I probably won't finalize this or buy the cards for it until Born of the Gods releases in case there are a few more gravegifts incoming.
