Graveyard Growth

Modern

Twigleg2

I want to know if this deck has a chance at my LGS modern tournaments. Help and suggestions are appreciated.

This Green Black deck gets stronger as my graveyard gets bigger. The idea is to dump as many creatures as possible into the graveyard, which results in very strong creatures, or lots of wolf tokens. Splinterfright and Boneyard Wurm have power and toughness equal to the number of creatures in my graveyard, and Kessig Cagebreakers generates lots of wolf tokens. Splinterfright and Nyx Weaver help me dump cards into my graveyard each turn, as do Satyr Wayfinder and Grisly Salvage.
Because it takes a few turns to gain momentum, I included two Gnaw to the Bone, intended to be cast from the graveyard, to buy me more time. I have a splash of white to be able to pull key creatures from the graveyard with Unburial Rites, creatures such as Bellowing Tanglewurm (all my green creatures have intimidate), Splinterfright, Kessig Cagebreakers and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord.
Mana is never a problem with this deck.

Thanks in advance for the feedback.
