Strengthen your creatures by putting your deck into the graveyard.

The key to this deck is to use Liliana's Indignation to put your creatures into the graveyard. This will deal damage to your opponent and depending on how late in the game it can even be fatal, but it also creates a power source for Mortivore and Nighthowler. Combine these with The Haunted Cloak for extreme damage or make them unblockable with Rogue's Passage to swing for the win.

Where would it be without a plan B?- Graveblade Marauder and Nantuko Shade can be dangerous if your opponent doesn't pay attention. Haunted Cloak never hurts to add to Nantuko Shade either. In case of flying opponents make use of the Fetid Imp and use its deathtouch to clear the sky. Plenty of cost deathtouch creatures will postpone most games long enough to stock up on a decent amount of mana.
