PLEASE NOTE: While this deck can be built to competitive, this is my "High Power" build because of my budget.

This deck is an attempt to make Birthing Hulk into a Kik-Jiki combo deck. The main win line is to play Hermit Druid with at least one other creature, then milling your library since the deck will have no basic lands. Once you mill your library, your Narcomoeba comes back to the field, giving you 3 creatures to allow you to cast Dread Return . You target Phyrexian Delver with it. When delver enters the battlefield, it will bring back Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker . Since kiki has haste, you can make a copy of delver to get back any of the following to win: Bounding Krasis , Pestermite , Deceiver Exarch . You could go higher in the cmc chain, but since delver hits you when you bring back a creature, you want to keep the cmc as low as possible.

The best Protean Hulk lines are Flash + Protean Hulk then going into the druid-kiki line or drop into Hapless Researcher + Laboratory Maniac for the win.

The deck's primary win con is Deceiver Exarch + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Pestermite . The secondary win condition is flash hulk into labman.
