Edgar Markov came with the C17 Commander Precons are was arguably the most powerful commander that year, and while I haven't been building a deck for him as soon as possible, I knew I wanted a vampire tribal deck. I included a aggro and life drain and gain subtheme, adding in a few favorites like Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet , Polluted Bonds , and the Sorin walkers Sorin, Lord of Innistrad and Sorin, Solemn Visitor .

I also included a Soul Sisters package, one of if not my only modern decks, including Soul Warden , Soul's Attendant , Serra Ascendant , and Archangel of Thune . And Frontline Medic and Legion Loyalist for some Battalion shenanigans.

Otherwise I have a general vampire package, Bloodline Keeper  , Captivating Vampire , and Butcher of Malakir . General Removal, Boardwipes, and manafixing.

Its not the most evaluated description, but it is a basic upgrade of the precon with some fancy cards I had tossed in. Questions, Tips, and Suggestions always appreciated.
