Blue based UG devotion. This deck takes the typical mono blue list, scraps the crappy one-drops, and makes a slower, yet more powerful matchup that has a lot of synergies which are almost gamebreaking...

Master of Waves + Prophet of Kruphix = instant speed blockers

Master of Waves + Master Biomancer = Elemental tokens that come in big and stick around for the after party

Master Biomancer + Simic Charm = Any creature becomes insanely huge

Beck / Call + Rapid Hybridization = Kill spell and cantrip for 3 mana

Beck / Call + Master of Waves = draw tons of cards

So... Basically, taking a deck that does well, and adding cards that are good and work together makes a fun deck that wins.
