I wanted to build a deck around The Gitrog Monster for standard back when he was spoiled, but i didn't have enough cards in paper to make it work, so now that the Ahmonket block is out, i'm going to try again since there are a lot more tools to enable this deck now, plus i found out I can build a deck on TappedOut with out having to buy anything, so this works great! This will be a work in progress for quite a while, so any feedback is greatly appreciated, especially with building a sideboard, I don't know how to. My idea is basically throwing away a bunch of lands from the deck with things like Fork in the Road, and pulling them back later with Grapple with the Past and Ramunap Excavator so i can ramp into big creatures early on, while taking advantage of delirium along the way. The goal is really just to beat your opponent to death with big creatures, which is pretty simple, but i think this is a fun way to do it, and since the Gitrog cares about lands hitting the grave, i wanted to exploit an interaction with the new Dunes of the Dead and the Excavator to keep generating a board of zombies. Since i'll inevitably be throwing away creatures and non-land spells, want to add some embalm/externalize creatures and aftermath cards since they can be cast from the grave, so it's ok if they hit the grave prematurely since i can still get use out of them.
