Sideboard

This deck is much like your typical affinity deck, but has two different win cons compared to the typical beating face with the free Frogmite and Myr Enforcer drops. Instead, this list uses Reckless Fireweaver and Golem Foundry to win the game with direct damage and storming off with "eggs." Eggs being 1-mana artifacts that draw a card and produce mana. Two perfect examples of eggs are Chromatic Star and Chromatic Sphere . We run 4 copies of Reckless Fireweaver since it combos very nicely with our strategy of playing one Egg after another with Golem Foundry on the battlefield, creating a 3/3 Golem that triggers the Fireweaver one more time.

For board interaction, really the only thing we use is Aether Spellbomb , since it helps shut down Pauper staples such as Gurmag Angler , Seeker of the Way , and mono-green stompy creatures like River Boa and Skarrgan Pit-Skulk . This is mainly in order to slow them down enough that we can set up our board and then combo off after we get our Golem Foundry and Etherium Sculptor on the field, since bouncing those aggro creatures can give us at least one more turn to set up. Pyrite Spellbomb also allows us to throw a bit of damage at some small threats like an unflipped Delver of Secrets   and also to sneak in some damage to our opponent if we find it difficult to get through some of the opponent's defenses or get our Reckless Fireweaver on the field. The Pyrite Spellbomb does do less than Aether Spellbomb though in almost every case, so we're only running 2 copies of it. Also Galvanic Blast because Galvanic Blast .
While we aren't going infinite, this deck is a midrange/combo deck, so we need ways to make sure we can get there. The biggest enabler we have is by far Etherium Sculptor since it itself is an artifact creature that makes other artifacts cost 1 less to play. This makes our eggs completely free to play, so the mana we get after cracking something Chromatic Sphere can be used entirely to just keep the chain going until we either run out of eggs or wiff and draw into lands. The other enabler we have is 4 copies of Myr Enforcer . Because a free 4/4 that deals 1 damage to your opponent and puts a counter on your Golem Foundry is just fantastic. It does help us draw into either of our main pieces, but it by far makes it much easier to achieve.
We're running the typical affinity card draw spells in this deck, with Thoughtcast and Perilous Research . The 4 copies of Thoughtcast is crucial because just paying a single blue to draw 2 cards is insanely powerful, and especially when we are chaining our artifacts into one another and draw into this, it helps us dig even deeper into our deck. We're also running 3 copies of Perilous Research because it's just a good alternative to Thoughtcast and can draw us 3 cards if we sacrifice Chromatic Star to it since it draws a card if it goes to the yard or get a second activation on Ichor Wellspring by sacrificing it to Perilous Research
