had some conjurers closets laying around, had a deck that didnt work with 'comes into play' as a theme. now trying a golem one. i know there are more cards on the market that are more expensive and better. but trying to keep the price range like it is. if you have any comments.

trying to proc the 'comes in to play' to a maximum here. quickly get a Blade Splicer out and start Ephemerate , Ghostly Flicker or Conjurer's Closet them. later on get the Precursor Golem out to buff the golem manufacturing with 2 each time. build a wall of golems that first strike you as defence. one big finish blow if i Precursor Golem + Distortion Strike or Emerge Unscathed the correct colour. if i first strike, which i should, its good as a countermeasure, then re-proc in my own phase to do lots of dmg. let alone cast a Cackling Counterpart on the Precursor Golem .

i should have a lot of golems in no time, then Tomb of the Spirit Dragon becomes even more valuable i hope.

rest is there to get me my mana asap and to deck manipulate with scry and possibly use of Ghostly Flicker and such.

sideboard has the options to include;

token races Echoing Truth or Retraction Helix + Precursor Golem ?? i think drop the retraction???

removal of non creatures Sundering Growth

removal of big nasty ones Dead-Iron Sledge

or burn with the Inventor's Goggles / Emerge Unscathed (which im most afraid of)

which should be traded with the gogles and the splicers i dont need.

what im doubting is the amount of mana and also if i should keep Wayfarer's Bauble or should i do something else to fix maybe some mana problems? also thought about the agury owl but with only defense 1 i dont think he'll be around long enough to scry again if needed. and last thing to wonder about; do i need 4 Emerge Unscathed as anti removal? also the Chronomaton seems a little out of place since if i target the Precursor Golem with Ephemerate it looses the counters...but its only that, because Ghostly Flicker targets more than 1 thing so the ability of Precursor Golem shouldnt proc, right? would it be worth then?

any other suggestions always welcome.
