Commander / EDH* Control Enchantment Ramp

Eleavar

Maybeboard

I wanted to play big mana ramp villainous wealth, which led me to Tassy. It was only as I brainstormed cards that I realised how many enchantments were coming up, hence the strong enchantment theme. I combine Tassy's unorthodox control antics ("Do you really want him casting that? Give me back the removal spell and I won't use it against you") with potentially game ending mana ramp cascades. Getting the balance right between enchantments and instants is the challenge. Land destruction is a major vulnerability, but is compensated for (hopefully) by all the card draw, counterspells and, of course, diplomacy. Superman can save the day with the deck's solitary infinite combo. Ultimately, Tassy aims to enchant his "investors" into a false sense of security before robbing them blind.
