This deck has 2 distinct combos.

Combo 1

• Conspicuous Snoop + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker (On top of Deck) + Sling-Gang Lieutenant / (Skirk Prospector + Pashalik Mons) Tap Conspicuous Snoop using Kiki-Jiki's copied activated ability to make infinite copies of Snoop by each one creating a new untapped copy of itself with haste as they are not legendary. Then use either Sling-Gang Lieutenant or Skirk prospector to sacrifice the infinite copies for infinite damage to your opponent, gaining life as a result or infinite red mana. If Pashalik Mons is on the battlefield with Skirk you also deal infinite damage as a result to any targets you wish.

Combo 2

• Grumgully, the Generous + Murderous Redcap + Sling-Gang Lieutenant / Skirk Prospector Sacrifice the Murderous Redcap with Sling or Skirk with Grumgully on the battlefield. When Redcap comes back onto the battlefield as a result of Grumgully being on the battlefield he gains a +1/+1 counter. Due to a state based action (more specifically 704.5q) the +1/+1 counter from Grumgully and the -1/-1 counter from persist cancel out resulting in no counters being on Redcap. Redcap deals 2 damage to any target as a result of entering the battlefield and can be sacrificed infinitely for 2 damage each time it is sacrificed.

It should be noted that due to Boggart Harbinger's effect of placing a goblin card on the top of your library when entered can make the first combo much more accessible. If you played a Boggart Harbinger to place Kiki-Jiki on top of your deck but do not have some way to produce damage, or even sacrifice any Goblins but do have the ability to create infinite Conspicuous Snoops as one is on the battlefield. After creating infinite tapped Conspicuous Snoops use the one untapped Snoop to create a copy of Boggart Harbinger. Using its enter ability place on the top of the deck Sling-Gang Lieutenant to allow you to use their activated ability of sacrificing a goblin to deal 1 damage and gain 1 life. Then with the infinite Snoops deal infinite damage to your opponent. With a Mons on the field and no option to find a Sling-Gang you can also grab a Prospector to give you a sacrifice engine.

Snoop as well can be used with the Putrid version of the combo to create a temporary Sling-Gang Lieutenant if needed either with use of another Boggart Harbinger, or by hoping for the best and using the infinite mana generated by a possible Prospector to eat through the top of the deck if no cards in hand can obtain such an option.

It is best to note that the most costly cards in this deck, Aether Vial, Bloodstained Mire, Cavern of Souls, and Chalice of the Void overall consist of the majority of the costs of making this deck. Contributing over 800 dollars in value of a deck that costs about 1.2k at the most. If one wants to try the deck, albeit a lesser deck due to the losses of power from removing these cards this deck is pretty reasonable to purchase. The combo still functions, in both instances but the deck will lose a little bit of gas in the process. However the removal of these cards can be used to make the second combo a little easier to get to or add some backup aggro to the deck instead.
