Goblins, Goblins Everywhere

Goblin War Strike not modern legal, so drop them, then add 4x Lightning Bolt .

I'd suggest 2x AEther Vial and 3x Cavern of Souls to make your goblins uncounterable. The 2x Fervor just seems like overkill with 4 chieftains. I'd replace those with the vials. I played against a goblin deck at GP Lincoln and it used the vials to essentially flash in chieftains on the end step. It was a pain to deal with.

Also, since Goblin War Strike isn't legal in modern, how about 4x Goblin Bushwhacker instead? They give the same effects as both the Goblin Wardriver and Fervor combined, and they give all your tokens haste.

I totally forgot to mention that your mana curve is low enough that you could cut down to 19 lands to make room for the 4th Lightning Bolt .

Is Goblin Warchief or Goblin King modern legal? (Warchief takes priority IMO.)

Goblin King is modern legal, but not Warchief.

Mass Hysteria may, in some cases, be better than Fervor . Personally I like Goblin Bushwhacker but you can only get one use out of him - then again, hopefully you only need the one.

Goblin Chieftain is way better than Fervor . I'd think he would be fine by himself since it's a 4-of. But if you want two more cards that give your dudes haste, I would try Bushwhacker.

my one problem with Mass Hysteria is that it gives my opponent's creatures Haste as well, risky business

Coat of Arms can be risky too (not to mention slow in a deck with 20 lands). I'd replace it (and a Mountain or two) with Teetering Peaks .

i tweaked the idea around to include Door of Destinies to possibly replace Coat of Arms . it would be nice to pair with Shared Animosity .
