This is a theoretical deck based on the new goblin commander, Conspicuous Snoop. My goal is to use the passive effects of goblins on the top of the library to create big effects. It's Goblin tribal all the way, with taking advantage of the many little Goblin beasties to do major combat damage, or a spell that uses the might of goblins to do some damage. I tried to stay away from ETBs as the commander cannot take advantage of those effects. This deck is aiming to fit in a 5-7 out of 10 power level. The key cards in this deck are:
