I wanted to make a synergetic Dimir deck. This is how my attempt turned out. With multiple cards able to lock out certain cards and instants to control the board. I am honestly not sure how well this would work or even if it would work. For anyone that can help though! Suggestions are welcome and very helpful! I could use some help :)
