hmmm... So, the only card that reliably and (only kind of) quickly produces goats is the Shepherd. Your Pasture produces them for five each, and the Pasture's only other purpose is to cast Consume Spirit. Rhys will double you up for six, but it's slow.

It seems like Cavaliers, Liege, and Oversoul will have you practically there before you can even get goats happening.
