The most intimidating sight you'll ever see.

Goatnapper 's rulings: "Yes, target Goat. Goat is a creature type. Keep in mind that each permanent with changeling is a Goat, as is any permanent affected by a spell or ability that gives it every creature type."

Goblin Cavaliers says: "They get along so well with their goats because they're practically goats themselves."

Ishi-Ishi, Akki Crackshot "Here fell Ishi-Ishi, King of the Flaming Pebbles, Scourge of the Mountain Kami, Lover of Goats. May his shell never burn."

"But you said 'when goats fly!'" ~ Squee, goblin badass

Savage Twister knows the real threat "Frozen, we watched the funnel pluck up three of the goatspook! pook! pook!before we ran for the wadi."

Stone Giant proves squee right again: "A typical day for a giant. A momentous event for a goat."

How does the deck work? Well, you take some goats (not Mutavault because that's evil) and you screw someone over by triumphantly riding these majestic beasts to battle.

Why goats? BECAUSE THEY'RE GOATS!!!

What if your opponent doesn't take you seriously? I'm sorry, WHAT was the question?

Does this strategy work? HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A GOAT NOT EAT SOMETHING?!

Why is this legacy? BECAUSE MODERN COULDN'T HANDLE THE POWER OF GOATS!!!

What does having goats accomplish? Seriously? What can't you do with an army of goats?!

Are you supposed to sacrifice goats to Satan? Usually that's a yes. But these guys are too cute, and wreck too much face for that.

The relatively low mana-curve allows the deck to pound some goats onto the field before most decks get started (assuming they're not a FTW deck or some shit) the enchantments and artifacts that focus on beefing the goats are important, but the higher the cost the less likely to be used (sideboard out Coat of Arms against fast decks, probably for Basilisk Collar to keep the game going and because it works miracles with the provoke mechanic)

If your opponent is good, you probably want to take advantage of mountainwalk that many of the goats have, so Blood Moon might filter into the deck (especially with all the multi-color-generating lands being printed lately)

Magma Jet has been added to give more sustainability and resources for mid-late game.

Goat count reduced by one (sadness!) he will be dearly missed, but he was a Wild Colos so he just wasn't up to par with the others, and I couldn't justify running that many of him.

Goatnapper lost his place in the sideboard and Blades of Velis Vel were removed because they only really worked well if I was already winning (and the Goatnapper thing was silly but ineffectual)
