The name of the game is Ninjas. Get as many Ninjas onto the Battle field as possible. The commander cheats the commander tax to get on the field, which is great and I am always a fan of cheating commander cost. It is a tribal deck that makes sure to take advantage of Yuriko's ability to cheat ninja's on to the battlefield. Another plus is that you can make a pretty decent budget deck with her as the commander.
