A Maelstrom Wanderer deck with a dragon theme. Maelstrom Wanderer cheats in your dragons via cascading twice. We play cards like umbilicus and Erratic Portal to bounce the commander back to our hands so we could abuse the cast trigger again. We have ways to give our creatures haste to push in for damage. Also having Maelstrom Wanderer constantly sent to the command zone will usually generate more advantage. We have a token subtheme with Rite of Replication, Utara Hellkite, and Progenitor Mimic.
