So here is my $50 budget deck.... B/G artifacts with Glissa (of course). The thought process of this deck is a ton of creature control while I just constantly get value from rotating my artifacts around! My main source of control is making each player sac a each which will trigger Glissa, the Traitor and allow me to get back my artifacts. Typically when playing a "group sac" I would respond to my own spell by saccing a few artifacts that have exiting the battlefield effects that way I'm am getting some sort of advantage. My main wincons would have to be Scuttling Doom Engine.... Myr Battlesphere.... Marionette Master... as well have the multiple Station synergy for super late game.

Please feel free to give some advice/suggestions, but before that read what's below!
