This deck is designed to stall out your opponents after you give them Primordial Ooze and all the while busting down their lands.

Harmless Offering sends Primordial Ooze to your opponents side of the field, which in turn builds up and eventually causes them to lose life.

Fog and its variants prevent your opponent from hurting you.

Raze and its variants blow up your opponents lands, allowing Primordial Ooze to do more damage since your opponent can't pay its cumulative upkeep cost.

There's no sideboard because you'll likely get punched in the face after the first game.
