I made these changes:
-1 Miren, the Moaning Well
-1 Horizon Canopy
-1 Mox Diamond
-1 Angel of Despair
-1 Bloodghast
-1 Nether Shadow
+1 Worm Harvest
+1 Spore Frog
+1 Carrion Feeder
+1 Saffi Eriksdotter
+1 Gaea's Cradle
+1 Karakas
Miren and Horizon Canopy were generally underwhelming, so I switched them out for Karakas and Gaea's Cradle, which should do a lot more.
Mox Diamond was only hitting the battlefield if it was drawn early, and the discarded land often took a long time to be reused. I'm cutting it for Worm Harvest, which can make real use out of lands in my hand and graveyard. This should also work nicely with Life from the Loam.
Bloodghast and Nether Shadow were easily recurred, but didn't really do much, so I cut them too. Angel of Despair worked perfectly fine, but Ashen Rider seems like it should be enough to fill that role. I replaced those with Spore Frog, Saffi Eriksdotter, and Carrion Feeder.
Addendum (November 23rd, 2014): Went back on a single change here. Karakas is out and Horizon Canopy is back in. I'd definitely prefer Karakas, but it being banned by the unofficial Commander Rules Committee makes it problematic and I'd rather have access to more potential opponents (same reason I'm not running Griselbrand or Protean Hulk), so I'm reverting that change. Horizon Canopy gets a second chance, but I've got my eye on it for the next time I make real revisions to this deck...
