I’m trying to win in my playgroup with my Gishath deck. I know that Gishath’s potential is limited. I am sharing this to get suggestions on how to optimize my deck more. I play most against combo decks and lose most of the time. I end up just watching them during their long turns. With my current set-up, I usually cast Gishath at turn 6 on average (rarely on turn 4 and sometimes turn 5).

My strategies are:

  1. Get Gishath out ASAP
  2. Get double strike activated during combat to pull more dinos from the Gishath trigger
  3. Get additional combat phases (I’m still in the process of acquiring the needed cards for this)

I appreciate your suggestions. I am new to EDH. Started building this 10/05/20.
