Boros Angel Aggro!

This deck hinges around white's ability to tutor lands and red's "Exile the top card of your library. You may play it this turn," ability, which I call impulse, to make up for the Boros colors' lack of ramp and card draw.

Land tutoring:

Gaining Card Advantage:

Tutoring the Land Tutors:

If you have either Land Tax or Endless Horizons already and you draw Enlightened Tutor, use it to find Pyrohemia which becomes a great mana sink for unused at the end of turns. Also, never take out to many of your plains from the deck with Endless Horizons because if someone destroys/exiles it you loose the ability to get back those plains in exile.

All of this tutoring will not only help your board state, but it will also this your deck until only the good stuff is left so that while you might not have as much card draw as decks that can use and for card draw, it won't matter because your draws will be more consistent and valuable than other's.

For extra help ramping up on mana you can use Chandra, Torch of Defiance , Sol Ring , Mana Vault , and Mana Crypt help. When Gisela is on the field, since she prevents half of the damage rounded up, the last two become broken because Mana vault has 0.5 damage, rounded up to 1 damage prevented, so it does no damage, and then Mana Cryp has 1.5 damage, rounded up to 2 damage prevented, so it does one damage.

Once you have established your mana base for any given game, it's all about playing angels, and using equipment to protect them and sling instants with Sunforger , which can be tutored by Steelshaper's Gift & Gamble .

Protecting the angels: Lightning Greaves , Swiftfoot Boots , Boros Charm , Teferi's Protection , Archangel Avacyn  , & Avacyn, Angel of Hope .

Targets for Sunforger: Deflecting Palm , Boros Charm , Teferi's Protection , Enlightened Tutor , Swords to Plowshares , Crib Swap , Oblation , Return to Dust , & Chaos Warp .

Try not to sunforge Return to Dust if you can because you get more value from that card as a sorcery.

When fighting a deck that utilizes artifacts you can effectively wipe their board using Consulate Crackdown . For decks that utilize indestructible decks you can use Hour of Devastation . As a general multi-purpose wrath Austere Command .

Late game, if you keep some plains in your hand when possible, you can play them after casting Emeria Shepherd to get back any permanents that have been destroyed.

This is a deck that I had for a long time and it was just okay, and I refined it based off of the ideas from Jimmy & Josh in: Big thanks to them for helping me put this deck over the top.
