To utilize Ghoulcaller Gisa's sacrifice ability I have chosen not to go all zombies. I have focused on a good-stuff strategy where the creatures are strong on their own or have good utility. Most of the creatures also have the same power or more power than their converted mana cost to be synergic with Ghoulcaller Gisa's sacrifice ability.

The deck starts slow (high cmc) but can really get out of hand because of the many synergy effects with sacrifice and reanimation effects.

For example you can make opponenents sacrifice when you sacrifice: Butcher of Malakir, or Grave Pact and steal those creatures your opponent sacrifice and create some zombies when they sacrifice Overseer of the Damned.

Keep making your big stuff returning with Nim Deathmantle or Whip of Erebos sacrifice before exile and enjoy zoombie tokens and effects such as Sepulchral Primordial or Grave Titan

When you have started your zombie token army you can more than double them with Nantuko Husk, Phyrexian Ghoul or Fallen Ideal. Fallen Ideal is a beast in the deck. Put it on one Zombie token (or a demon with flying) and use it to sacrifice 9 other zombie tokens, then attack for +18 damage and after the attack phase use Ghoulcaller Gisa's sacrifice ability to turn the 9 zombies into 18 zombies (+ the power of the zombie or demon that fallen ideal was attached to...). Fallen Ideal is back in our hand and with Thornbite Staff or Thousand-Year Elixir we can do it all over again!

Black has a hard time removing enchanments and artifacts. Therefore I have included: Steel Hellkite, Unstable Obelisk and Nevinyrral's Disk. Another alternative is to use a discard strategy with Mind Slash. The discard strategy could be improved.

If Ghoulcaller Gisa gets hated it can be hard to come back. We can alternatively win just by casting good stuff creatures or we have:
- Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Strata Scythe + any demon
- Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief or Steel Hellkite + ramp or equipment
- Exsanguinate, Profane Command and/or Gray Merchant of Asphodel

To improve the deck i would consider adding more and better tutors with lower CMC or replace one of the expensive tutors with Rune-Scarred Demon. Adding Erebos, God of the Dead would also be a good back fallback strategy if Ghoulcaller Gisa gets hated. Mikaeus, the Unhallowed would also be an awesome addition (although he doesn't revive the zombie tokens). Sheoldred, Whispering One would fit well into the deck.

You could also consider adding more effects like Paradox Engine but it is almost only Ghoulcaller Gisa that take advantage of them, so they can easily become dead or at least less usefull than other options.
