Substitute Beast WithinMTG Card: Beast Within for Naturalize. You already have creature removal with black, so all you need to support it is artifact and enchantment removal. Also, if you're running Sheoldred and Moldgraf, you probably want a larger creature base. I would also reverse your balance of distress Vs. Despise. Two black is often hard in early game, I'd say two distress, four despise and side the other two distress for artifact or enchantment heavy decks.

Appetite for BrainsMTG Card: Appetite for Brains?

Surgical ExtractionMTG Card: Surgical Extraction and MemoricideMTG Card: Memoricide might also be good. You'll know what is in their hand from DistressMTG Card: Distress and DespiseMTG Card: Despise, so you'll know what card to name. MemoricideMTG Card: Memoricide can completely dismantle a variety of combo decks.

Caravan VigilMTG Card: Caravan Vigil and Tragic SlipMTG Card: Tragic Slip are both nice too...

I think Strangleroot GeistMTG Card: Strangleroot Geist should get cut. It's a great card, but here's my reasoning: The deck is 90% black, but he costs GG. Early in the game, while your opponent still has a full hand, you're going to want to be using DespiseMTG Card: Despise, DistressMTG Card: Distress (and possibly Appetite for BrainsMTG Card: Appetite for Brains) - but those all require black mana, not green. So on turn 1 and 2 you're going to have to make a choice: do I play forests or swamps? I think the Geist will often end up coming out on turn 3 or 4.

Actually, ANY creature you play would end up coming out that late, but the thing is that you'll have more mana and you could play a better creature). And the mana you will have should be mostly black.

I was thinking the same thing about Strangleroot GeistMTG Card: Strangleroot Geist, it just makes the mana situation too awkward. So it's out, with Surgical ExtractionMTG Card: Surgical Extraction in it's place. I'll also put MemoricideMTG Card: Memoricide in the sideboard. As for Appetite for BrainsMTG Card: Appetite for Brains, I'll think about it for now.

I would not substitute beast within for naturalize, if your opponents not running enchantments or artifacts its a blank card, where beast within is always gonna work.

Yeah, but you have plenty of ways to kill creatures so you're not going to want to beast within a creature. You'd only want to use it on artifacts or enchantments so naturalize would be better I'd say.

Beast Within can also out a land. I'd switch the mainboard to run Beast Within. Against many decks Naturalize would be a dead draw, where as even if the opponent doesn't have any tasty artifacts, enchantments, or planeswalkers on the field, just bomb one of their lands instead.
