Blue/White Turbo Chronatog Lockdown deck. Wincons are decking the opponent due to Chronatog (dat face tho..) and the increased draw from the playset of Howling Mines. The singleton Black Vise is the backup plan.

2. Slap down Stasis
3. Play Chronatog
4. Skip your turns during your opponent's End Step.
5. Smile like an Atog when they deck themselves.

Superior to the Mono-Blue version because White is needed for the Creature removal provided by Swords to Plowshares and the early-game boardwipes courtesy of Wrath of God make many decks fall behind the race to beat the Stasis lock.

If you are on a budget the Tundra's can be replaced with Adarkar Wastes.
