Fill the graveyard (Perpetual Timepiece, Strategic Planning, Champion of Wits, Ipnu Rivulet).

Get the tomb on the battlefield (cast, or Refurbish).

Empty the graveyard, preferably end of turn (Perpetual Timepiece, Scavenger Grounds, Dawn).

Get double the bats (Anointed Procession), and/or double the power Angel of Invention, Shefet Dunes, The Immortal Sun.

As a bonus, the deck also works as a God-Pharaoh's Gift deck.
