Ghalta Storm/Stompy.

The idea is that Ghalta, Primal Hunger can be cast an unlimited number of times with Vizier of the Menagerie, Ashnod's Altar, and something that increases the power on the board by at least 2 each time - Primeval Bounty, Rhonas's Monument, or two of the creatures that get +1/+1 on cast/creature ETB. Abusing this, we can draw our deck with Soul of the Harvest, Elemental Bond, or Garruk's Packleader. With an Aetherflux Reservoir out, we can kill everyone with it.

Other creatures and enchantments provide high power and high quality bodies to discount our commander. Surrak, the Hunt Caller can give Ghalta haste, Phytotitan provides an incredibly resilient body that can be sacrificed each round to Greater Good, Yeva, Nature's Herald lets us combo at instant speed.

Greenbelt Rampager is part of another potential combo. On his own, he can be cast three times for a 3/4 for 3, triggering any cast/ETB effects three times over for great value. If you can get Panharmonicon out, you can cast him as many times as you have green mana, because the energy gain will never be enough to leave him on the field. This can be nuts with Primeval Bounty or Rhonas's Monument. Add in a Tangleroot and you can cast Greenbelt infinite times. I don't run Tangleroot because it doesn't do much without Greenbelt, instead just relying on big mana to cast him "enough" times instead of infinite times.

The main combo of Vizier + Altar + Reservoir is incredibly fragile, but it doesn't need to be the primary wincon. Still, I run Eternal Witness, Bow of Nylea, and Seasons Past to get back any pieces I lose. The deck is loaded with powerful creatures and can take out players or even close games with Overwhelming Stampede, or just regular combat. Further, Ghalta has 12 power and trample, making him an easy two-hitter quitter with commander damage.
