I'm describing this mostly as an Izzet counter-burn deck. Tempo/aggro against control, control against aggro and a mix against mid-range decks. This is THE place Risk Factor was meant for, between Guttersnipe and Goblin Electromancer, the question is what does the rest of the deck look like and can it hold up against the rest of the field.
