Let me just begin in saying that I might be a little biased in choosing cats as my only creature type because I own two, but that does not mean they are not an amazing creature type. So let's dive into what the cards do and how they synergize.
Ajani, Caller of the Pride
-beefs up my creatures, can wincon when used with an

and has a final ability that gives me tons of kittens to murder my opponent with. :)
Ajani's Pridemate
-gets beefed up every time I gain life. And with my arsenal of minor lifegain cards he can get really big, really fast.
Brave the Elements
-provides board-wide portection for cheap. Can allow me to swing for the win or save myself from an opponent's wincon.
Brimaz, King of Oreskos
-tokens, vigilance, cheap. What's not to like? (plus I already have him).
Chastise
-Insanely fun when your opponent swings with anything over 5 power. Deters attacks, shuts down fatties and ups my life total. Only problem is that it costs 4 mana. :/
Emerge Unscathed
-anti-removal that happens twice. Enough said.

-awesome art. Is also a wincon.
Fleecemane Lion
-i don't need to tell you how awesome this card is, because you already know. :)
Godsend
-a powerful presence on the battlefield if there ever was one.
Grizzled Leotau
-awesome, cheap blocker.
Leonin Arbiter
-an especially good card against certain types of decks. You know the type.
Leonin Relic-Warder
-I can sideboard him in for some artifact/enchantment destruction.
Loam Lion
-almost always a 1-mana 2/3.
Nyx-Fleece Ram
-not a cat but does help my cats, powering up
Ajani's Pridemate
and staving off attackers. Also, where did you think
Fleecemane Lion
's beautiful hair came from?
Pride Guardian
-pretty great card in the early game and provides a bit of life in the late game.
Qasali Ambusher
-jump-blocker with reach that comes onto the battlefield for free. :)
Qasali Pridemage
-cheap, exalted and is a naturalize you can block with.
Selesnya Charm
-never a bad draw, creature removal, creature creation and creature enhancement.
Skyhunter Skirmisher
-not much on his own; but when pumped up with

,
Selesnya Charm
, or even
Godsend
, can easily slash through an opponent's health through the air.
Spirit Link
-doesn't matter if you put on your own or your opponent's creature, extra life either way.
Vanguard of Brimaz
-can generate a few tokens if I need him to. The vigilance is cool too.
Whitemane Lion
-the anti-removal cat, popping your other cats back into your hand before they're killed like dogs in the street. Which would be terrible because they aren't dogs.
