Ajani's Pridemate and Voracious Wurm work very well with our Soul Sisters and their elf cousin Essence Warden.

Fists of Ironwood work to help them to trample smaller creatures and also give us tokens to work with the lifegain. Saproling Migration also give us tokens and even more if it comes later in the game.

Journey to Nowhere and Condemn work to protect us when things get tough on the board. But, if you're somehow needing more life, you can use Condemn on one of your own cats or wurms.

Survival Cache gives us some life and card draw for free on the second turn after it's cast.
