Challenged with making Colfenor's Plans a viable card to be played. This deck is open to suggestions and recommendations, it is a complete and incomplete deck so to say as I can't for the life of me can find on the tip of my finger what this deck needs and doesn't need.

Your creatures will need you to have a empty hand, that's where Colfenor's Plans come in, it will stop you from drawing cards, reducing your creatures attack and defense total. Isochron with Ignorant Bliss will exile your hand till end of turn, making your creatures powerful. On defense, Bottled Cloister will exile your hand on your opponent's turn making your creatures that haven't attacked a powerful defense, possibly stopping the opponent attacking you, and since Colfenor's Plans is out, it will be your second hand and the possibility of spells hindering your opponent's spells will be greater. Lost Legacy and Release to the Wind is on the sideboard when you want to get rid of Colfenor's Plans and Bottled Cloister.
