Can be fast but a steady paced deck and with the right hand early game you can win easy with glistener elf turn 1 if your opponent has no 1 drop then buff it tons and deal lots of poison counters.

Lots of infect all over the place, its all about infect and nothing else, just infect them as much as possible and the swarm lord finishes the game off if your lucky enough to draw him!
