Maybeboard

H/T to Elfarcher73 for posting the decklists for all of the C16 precons. It made this easier.

So I'm working on hugging my opponents. I love cooperative games. So let's make Magic into a cooperative game!

The primary wincon is to provide effects to my opponents that they want enough that they don't swing at me until such time as it's just two players remaining, then choke my opponent out with value and let the likes of Avacyn, GayBros, Elesh Norn, Sun Titan, and Luminate Primordial finish him or her off. The Maybeboard includes some artifact tutoring for my mana rocks and/or Psychosis Crawler (if my card draw game is getting absurd).

Simply put, this is a minimum win-con deck. My idea is to just be nice to everybody until there are just two people left, then either concede to their overwhelming board state or end them with creature beats.

That said, I'm not building a pillowfort here: you're not attacking me because you want to draw cards and fix your mana--and I can help with combat problems. I've removed all three Propaganda effects, largely because the way I'm ramping everybody renders them pretty much irrelevant.

Recursion here is not just about recurring cards to my hand or battlefield, but rather meant in a broader sense: I am also including effects that shuffle a graveyard into its controller's library. This is also grave hate, as it has a rather neat, huggy way of dealing with a player's graveyard: just make them have to refill it. Hey, I was just saving you from dying to mill.
This deck really wants a four man pod. While I could probably have kept one of the two games I lost first with under control by attacking one player instead of the other (and paying more attention to my utility lands), the other game ended by surprise after I vandalblasted. My opponent milled himself aggressively over a few turns, then Psychic Spiraled me after I'd done all my EOT effects and was thus tapped out. In both games, key enchantments (Kismet in the game I got milled out, and a Turn 0 Leyline of Anticipation in the game I overextended my board into a train wreck of pump spells) painted a target on my back early. I really just need to learn how to play control effectively.
