Elves, wurms, a ton of mana ramping, and life gain. Feed the Clan and Voracious Wurm make for a nice combo, because for you can not only gain life, you can also potentially bring out a 7/7 for 4 mana (or if you already have one of the big wurms out already, a 12/12)! Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds allow you to fetch the land you need and thin the deck down a bit so you have a better chance of drawing what you need, and if you can get Garruk, Caller of Beasts out, you can use him to try to +1/-3 until you can get Worldspine Wurm on the field.

I may be putting some elves into the deck to try and at least get some dudes out early and also allow for some mana fixing.
