This deck idea all started when I opened my first planeswalker, Garruk, Apex Predator. After diving into Garruk's lore I discovered Liliana Vess used the power of The Chain Veil to curse Garruk. I thought to myself what if Garruk and Liliana band together in his hunt for planeswalkers. So this is my attempt at the alliance between two foes.
